Blood Pressure Tracker / KeepBP (“the app”) is a personal tracking tool for logging blood pressure readings, viewing trends, importing data you provide, and generating optional reports. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Not a medical device or medical advice
The app is not a medical device, is not FDA-cleared or approved as such, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Readings and category labels (including AHA-style badges) are for personal reference only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for health decisions. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may refuse or remove accounts that appear abusive or fraudulent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, overload, scrape, or attack the service
- Attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data or the server
- Use the app to harm others or to violate applicable law
- Circumvent rate limits, captchas, or other abuse controls
- Upload malware or content you do not have the right to use
Your content
You retain ownership of the readings and text you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to operate the app for you.
No warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, or that data will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (CURRENTLY $0 FOR THE FREE PERSONAL TOOL) OR (B) USD $50.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if we discontinue the app. We will try to give reasonable notice when practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Indiana may hear disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise this page.
