Import blood pressure CSV / cuff export

KeepBP · CSV & paste import · Updated September 21, 2026

Already have readings in a CSV, spreadsheet, or home cuff export? KeepBP lets you upload or paste them into your personal log — then build a doctor PDF or share link — without ever handing KeepBP a portal password.

Open KeepBP → Import

What you can import

Live CSV / paste import works with common patient-portal and cuff-style exports:

  • Generic columns: date, systolic, diastolic, pulse (pulse optional)
  • Portal-style vitals: e.g. Date, Blood Pressure (120/78), Pulse — MyChart/Epic-style downloads when available
  • Paste: TSV or CSV text from a spreadsheet or export preview

Date formats such as 2024-01-15 09:30, ISO timestamps, or 01/20/2024 2:15 PM are accepted when parseable. Preview before you confirm; KeepBP dedupes overlapping rows.

Steps

  1. Export or download vitals from your portal, cuff software, or spreadsheet (CSV when available).
  2. In KeepBP, open the Import tab.
  3. Upload the CSV file or paste the rows into the text box.
  4. Preview the parsed readings, then confirm import.

KeepBP never needs your MyChart or portal password for CSV import. Prefer official SMART Connect when your org enables it — see MyChart BP import.

After import

  • Browse History and charts like any other reading
  • Optionally include an AHA-style 7-day protocol summary on the doctor report
  • Download a PDF or create an expiring share link for your clinician

What KeepBP is not

  • Not a hospital EHR or MyChart replacement
  • Not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment advice
  • Not guaranteed to parse every proprietary cuff vendor format — use generic columns or paste if a vendor file fails
