    Create doctor report

Share with clinic — download or share a PDF, or copy keepbp.app. All fields are optional; the report still works with only your readings.

Leave dates blank to include all readings. Readings are listed oldest → newest.

Optional AHA-style window: averages morning (before noon) and evening (noon–midnight) readings over the last 7 local days in your selected range. Default leaves day 1 in the average; check above to discard it.

    Share with doctor

Creates a time-limited read-only link (default 7 days, max 30). Anyone with the link can view the report — no login. Revoke anytime.

      Connect Epic / MyChart (FHIR)

Sign in at your health system’s MyChart with the official SMART on FHIR flow. Choose your organization below (Epic public sandbox is the default). Your password stays on MyChart — we only receive an access token via OAuth and use FHIR APIs to read blood pressure Observations.

Type at least 2 characters to search Epic’s published R4 endpoints (~770). Empty search shows featured systems. Sandbox uses Epic test patients. Listing an org does not mean Connect is enabled — production needs EPIC_PROD_CLIENT_ID plus org enablement / auto-download.

Production Connect is read-only (fetch BP). Write-back stays sandbox until an org enables PEF.

      Write home BP to MyChart

Select readings below, then confirm. KeepBP posts US Core vital-signs Observations (BP panel, then separate systolic/diastolic if Epic rejects the panel) with a note that they are patient-reported home readings. Requires patient/Observation.write and Epic patient-entered flowsheet mapping — public sandbox often returns “Failed to file the reading.”

Connect Oracle Health / Cerner (FHIR)

Optional second EHR connector via SMART on FHIR R4 (patient standalone launch + PKCE). Passwords stay on Oracle Health / Cerner — KeepBP only receives an OAuth access token.

      Patient portal helper

Export vitals from MyChart (or any portal), then upload the CSV here. We never ask for or store your health-system password.

      Open portal
      1. Sign in to MyChart (or your clinic’s patient portal) in your browser.
      2. Go to Health → Test Results / Vitals, or search for “Blood Pressure”.
      3. Use Download / Export / Print → Save as CSV if available. Epic MyChart often offers CSV under health summary or visit vitals.

        Your account

Download a copy of your data, or permanently delete this account. Deletion cannot be undone. Account export requires a verified email.

FHIR Bundle is a standards-shaped export (US Core blood pressure Observations) for clinics or partners — separate from the PDF doctor report.

        Delete account permanently

This erases your readings and login. Type DELETE and enter your password to confirm.
