Connect Epic / MyChart (FHIR)
Sign in at your health system’s MyChart with the official SMART on FHIR flow. Choose your organization below (Epic public sandbox is the default). Your password stays on MyChart — we only receive an access token via OAuth and use FHIR APIs to read blood pressure Observations.
Type at least 2 characters to search Epic’s published R4 endpoints (~770). Empty search shows featured systems. Sandbox uses Epic test patients. Listing an org does not mean Connect is enabled — production needs EPIC_PROD_CLIENT_ID plus org enablement / auto-download.
Production Connect is read-only (fetch BP). Write-back stays sandbox until an org enables PEF.

Write home BP to MyChart
Select readings below, then confirm. KeepBP posts US Core vital-signs Observations (BP panel, then separate systolic/diastolic if Epic rejects the panel) with a note that they are patient-reported home readings. Requires patient/Observation.write and Epic patient-entered flowsheet mapping — public sandbox often returns “Failed to file the reading.”

Connect Oracle Health / Cerner (FHIR)
Optional second EHR connector via SMART on FHIR R4 (patient standalone launch + PKCE). Passwords stay on Oracle Health / Cerner — KeepBP only receives an OAuth access token.
