Need to get home readings to clinic staff without waiting on EHR write-back? KeepBP lets you send a one-page doctor PDF or an expiring read-only share link — patient-controlled, from your phone or browser to the visit.
Two ways to share
- Doctor PDF — download a one-page visit artifact from History → Doctor report; share via your device’s share sheet, email, or print.
- Expiring share link — create a read-only report URL for the clinic to open in a browser.
This is patient → clinic sharing outside the EHR. KeepBP does not claim automatic filing into MyChart or any health-system chart for every organization. SMART write-back (when enabled) is separate — see Integrations.
Doctor PDF
Live Pick a date range, optionally include the AHA-style 7-day protocol summary, add optional patient/clinician fields if you want, then download. Bring the PDF (or a printout) to the appointment.
Expiring share link — privacy & expiry
Live From the same Doctor report screen:
- Default expiry: 7 days (maximum 30)
- Token: high-entropy; stored only as a SHA-256 hash
- Revoke anytime from your active share list
- Readings load at view time so revoke takes effect for future views
- Read-only report URL — recipients cannot edit your KeepBP account

Patient → clinic without EHR
Many visits still move home BP via paper, email, or portal messaging. KeepBP’s PDF and share link fill that gap when you want a clean, dated log without depending on org-enabled write-back. You stay in control of what you share and when it expires.
How to share before your visit
- Log or import home readings in KeepBP.
- Open History → Doctor report; choose the date range.
- Optionally include the 7-day protocol summary.
- Download the PDF and/or create a share link; send the link or file to the clinic as they prefer.
- Revoke the link after the visit if you no longer need it.
What KeepBP is not
- Not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment advice
- Not a substitute for emergency care or your clinician’s instructions
- Not an EHR, MyChart replacement, or guaranteed chart write-back
