KeepBP is free consumer home BP logging. When you prepare a doctor report, you can optionally include an AHA-style 7-day home BP protocol summary — morning and evening averages over the last 7 local days — then hand your clinician a doctor PDF or an expiring share link.
What the optional 7-day summary shows
Live From History → Doctor report, check Include 7-day home BP protocol summary. KeepBP averages morning (before noon) and evening (noon–midnight) readings over the last 7 local days in your selected range. You can leave day 1 in the average or discard it.
- Built for visit prep — a clearer window than a phone notes app
- Works with manual logs, MyChart SMART Connect, or CSV / cuff import
- Pairs with the one-page doctor PDF and share link for clinicians
Carefully labeled — not endorsed
Not affiliated with or endorsed by the American Heart Association. The 7-day window is an optional AHA-style summary for personal tracking and appointment prep. It is not a clinical protocol, medical device, diagnosis, or treatment advice. Follow your clinician’s instructions for how and when to measure at home.
Doctor PDF + share link
Live Download a one-page visit PDF (optional patient/clinician fields) and/or create a read-only report URL (default 7 days, max 30). Revoke anytime. Details: Home BP log for doctor visits · Share BP with your doctor.
